Hosting Refund Policy
NetKeepers.ca cares deeply about the satisfaction of every member. With this in mind, we have a 30-day money back guarantee policy for anyone who is not completely satisfied with website hosting services from NetKeepers.ca within the first 30 days of sign up. To receive a full refund (not including any setup fees or domain name registration fees) please email sales@netkeepers.ca.

A. Refunds within the First 30 Days of Service
If an account is cancelled within the first thirty (30) days of service according to our 30 day money back guarantee terms, the customer will receive a full refund of all account fees, except setup fees and domain name registrations which are not refundable and not under 30 day money back guarantee, provided:
1. The account is not a resold account;
2. The account has not been suspended for violations of the Terms of Use Policy;
Refunds will be credited to the credit card on file for credit card paying accounts. Accounts paid by check or money order will receive a check via postal mail within sixty (60) days of cancellation. Accounts paid by Pay Pal will receive a credit to their paypal account as a transaction refund.
B. No Refunds Outside of the First 30 Days. NetKeepers.ca hosting services does not offer refunds for services after the initial thirty (30) days of service.
